Scope
These terms govern the use of the afc-bg.com website. They do not replace an engagement contract: services are always delivered under a separate written agreement between AFC EOOD and the client, which prevails over anything stated here.
Nature of the information published
The content of this website, including articles in the Insights section, is provided for general information about AFC's capabilities and technical perspective. It is not professional advice for a specific situation, does not constitute a binding offer, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a technical or business decision.
Descriptions of services indicate the type of work AFC performs. Scope, deliverables, timelines and prices are defined per engagement.
Intellectual property
The AFC name, logo, visual identity, website design, text and diagrams are the property of AFC EOOD and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link to the source page. Reproduction of substantial parts, republication of articles, or use of the AFC identity without written permission is not allowed.
Rights to work produced within a client engagement are governed by the relevant contract.
Research and academic independence
Clarification. The founder's doctoral research is conducted independently of AFC's commercial activity. References to the Institute of Robotics or the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences describe that academic affiliation only. They do not imply endorsement, partnership, funding, accreditation or commercial participation in AFC by those institutions.

This website links to external resources, including zdravkov.info, the personal and research website of AFC's founder. AFC is not responsible for the content of third-party websites and does not control their privacy practices.
Availability and liability
AFC aims to keep this website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AFC accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by Bulgarian or EU law.
Confidentiality of enquiries
Information you send through the contact form or by email is treated as confidential and used only to respond to your enquiry. Even so, please do not include trade secrets, credentials or sensitive personal data in a first message; a mutual NDA can be signed before a detailed technical discussion.
Engagement principles

| Client ownership | Unless agreed otherwise, the client owns the deliverables produced specifically for the engagement. |
| Reusable components | Pre-existing tools, libraries and internal components remain AFC property and are licensed for use in the deliverable. |
| Subcontracting | Specialist collaborators may be engaged, always under confidentiality obligations and with AFC remaining responsible. |
| No exclusivity claim | AFC does not claim exclusivity over a client's market or technology choices, and does not publish client names without written consent. |
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes arising from the use of this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in the user's country of residence.
